I am open to any and all suggestions. A filled out form is just to start communication about work not a confirmed commission.

Terms and Conditions

•  I will not begin your artwork until the payment is done

•  Don't send a payment until I accept your request.

• Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use by the commissioner only unless otherwise stated. This means, you cannot use my artwork on merchandise for resale or sell the artwork itself. 

•  Do not repost the artwork anywhere without either my consent or given credit.

•  If artwork is used on a public domain (ex. Website, Stream, etc) please credit using my username (ArcadePanda) and either a link to website or twitter.

•  The buyer is responsible to save their copy of the artwork, you can ask me for another copy but I may or may not have it.

•  Requests can be declined if they do not follow the guidelines or if I don't think I am capable of meeting the requirements.

•  You are agreeing to these terms if you decide to commission me.

 

Payment Information

- Prices will be discussed. They can vary depending on the type of request.

- At the moment I am only accepting payments through PayPal in USD.

 

Other Important Things

- Wait until I accept your request before sending a payment. Once payment is received then I will begin your artwork.

- You may ask for progress of your artwork.

- I will give you an estimate of the completion of your work and update if anything changes.
